Refund policy

At Rabail Khan Studio, we are committed to providing professional services and dedicated support for every order. Once an order is placed, our team immediately begins the consultation, coordination, and processing work required to fulfill it.

• If a client wishes to cancel an order after confirmation, a refund may be issued only after deducting the applicable service charges.
• Service charges cover the time, effort, consultation, planning, and resources already utilized by our team.
• A 20% service charge of the total order value will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Any additional expenses already incurred specifically for the order (such as custom materials, embellishments, or special arrangements) may also be deducted where applicable.
• Customized, made-to-order, bridal, and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
