Refund policy
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
- Incorrect item received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within one week of receiving the item. We will gladly exchange it for the correct item, subject to product and size availability.
- Defective item received: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within one week of receiving the item. We will offer you the option to exchange it for a new item or receive a store credit for the full purchase price.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Ready To Wear : All items purchased are final and cannot be exchanged.
- Custom orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, they are non-exchangeable.
Important note:
Exchanges are only available for unused and undamaged items.
Return Policy:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer monetary refunds.
However, you can exchange your item for a different product of equal or higher value, subject to the exchange policy outlined above.
Refund Processing Time:

If a client cancels an order within 3 days, they will receive a full refund.
